Educatius Group - International Sales Offices

As an important part of Educatius Group’s Centralized Marketing Team for our European
International Sales Offices, the Social Media Specialist is a new role that will integrate andoptimize social media channels within our communications and student recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English + one language from our core markets – Italian, German, Spanish, or a
    Nordic Language
  • 4+ years professional experience as a Social Media Specialist working on Social Media
    and Content Creation projects for a brand, company or agency; including sourcing,
    creating and curating content, planning, scheduling, reporting/analysis and optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of key Social Media networks, mainly targeting Gen Z consumers:
    Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat (and Facebook)
  • Experience with influencer marketing and lead generation via social media channels
    • Understand and leverage the role social media engagement plays within the life cycle of
    student recruitment
  • Strong copywriting/caption writing/blog writing skills + writing experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail, grammar and timelines
  • A genuine passion for Social Media, Content Creation and Influencer programs
  • Proficient in design and video editing skills and software
  • Experience with social media scheduling and planning platforms
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational and multicultural environment
  • Marketing/business university degree or college diploma

 

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • As a critical part of our Central Marketing Team for our 7+ European Offices, you’ll be
    planning/execute social media initiatives to support our customer engagement goals
    from first content to after students leave our program, and executing or coordinating
    with local marketing coordinators throughout our European offices to execute them into
    local marketplaces; including content planning, content creation, copywriting,
    scheduling, and posting across social platforms
  • Review and assess current social media channels and efforts – recommend and
    execute/coordinate where to improve and expand efforts to additional channels;
    analyze the current insights of the accounts and set up new measurable goals
  • Recruit and manage influencers to generate traffic and inquiries
  • Contribute to development of new digital website platforms - advise how to optimize
    the interface between social media channels, websites and sales process
  • Drive integration of social media communications channels into the sales process, based
    on local preferences
  • Develop and execute plan on leveraging past students – ie referrals, ambassadors, etc.
  • Stay up to date on all industry and social media trends and tools to recommend how we
    can evolve our social media communications
  • Develop an engaging community platform of past students
  • Develop plan to utilize user generated content, coordinating with past, current and
    future students to cultivate social media content, videos, blogs posts and photos
  • Manage media library of photos and GDPR consent
  • Review diverse social media initiatives across individual country offices and assess how
    to borrow and execute best practices in all our countries
  • Run and manage contests, livestreams and promotions, or coordinate these with local
    marketing coordinators
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all platforms, manage the brand style guide
  • Social media communication management including: general engagement, responding
    to comments, and managing DMs/PMs
  • Write blog posts for website
  • Compile data and write monthly reports

Location

May work remotely from one of our European countries – Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden,
Norway, Denmark, Finland.
